According to the 1966 Veterinary Surgeons Act and Veterinary Surgery (Exemptions) Order 1962 states that veterinary consent must be obtained prior to physiotherapy treatment. Please ask your vet to fill out our easy referral form, accessible from the main menu and send it across to me at info@creynoldsvetphysio.com prior to our first appointment. If you would prefer me to contact them directly please let me know within 48hrs of your appointment.
